2.In fact, the “Review” page is an independent page, so you can directly input the URL (https://r.doit.im) into the address bar of your browser.
In the “Review” page, we provide Daily Review and Weekly Review.
First, let’s take a look at Daily Review.
Which day do you intend to review?
Click “Prev” and “Next” you can review the day before or after today. Also, you can select any day by clicking the middle area between “Prev” and “Next”.
In Daily Review, all completed and uncompleted tasks of today are clearly presented in front of you under the “General” mode. Besides, there are another two “Review” modes, Project and Priority. The former can make you focus on tasks that have no project or belong to one project, and the latter can make you focus on tasks that have a priority or no priority.
In addition, next to the “Review” modes, it shows you the total number of today’s tasks, the number of completed tasks and the number of uncompleted tasks.
In the list of completed tasks, tasks are sorted by the completion time in ascending order. The completion time of each task is displayed in front of the task.
Thus, you can well know that how you perform today. To write down your work performance, go to the bottom of the page. See “Work performance of This Day”?
Here, you can also give a score to your today’s performance. If you are so busy and have no time to make a summary of today’s performance, scoring yourself is also a way for submitting your today’s summary.
If you do have spare time, just take some minutes to write a summary of today and submit it, which will bring many benefits especially for further reference.
Then, let’s come to Weekly Review.
Switch to Weekly Review and you’ll have an overall view of your performance in a week.
See? This week, there are 49 items totally, with 40 items completed and 9 items uncompleted. Very good! :)
At this time, if you want to view your performance of each day, click the day of the week and it’ll come back to the review for that day.
After having known work performance of the whole week, you can write down a summary of this week at the bottom and submit it.
So far, everything for Review has been done. Now, it’s time to read your weekly report.
